  I've been going to this office for years and never had a problem! Since the new doctor took this office over it has went down hill extremely and patients no longer matter! They are extremely rude when you come in OR call now! My daughter had appointment at 4:00 I called at 10 am and told them I found out I had to work over mandatory and would call to reschedule! I get a letter in mail 3 days later telling me to find a new dentist! This new dentist is gonna ruin Dr Warnocks business! It's not like I was a no call no show and I gave you a 6 hour notice plenty of time! Then you send the rest of my family the same notice for no reason! This shows how much you care about your patients! They don't even deserve 1 star right now!

  OMG, don't ever go to these guys!! They will try to charge you for all kinds of things, telling you need everything done at tremendous charge. They made an appointment for me that I thought I'd declined, then insist I pay $65 dollars to cancel. They want an extra $150 for a crown over everyone else. Caveat Emptor "buyer Beware"!!!! They tag team you with a couple people to give you the hard sell after your exam. Their attitude is condescending and patronizing. If you can't get 25K worth of crowns they don't want to deal with you.
